	Initial lobbying for breathing life into the oppressed sector of entrepreneurship in Europe is performed within Growth-Plus Europe, which above all manages the listing of Europe's 500, where our CIO Jean-François POLLET, in charge of Marketing and Innovation, represents the Dolphin Group. Again in 2003, the Dolphin Group has been listed among the Europe's 500 celebrated for their contribution to Growth!
	Louis ZANGARA is our representative at the APM (Association for the Progress of Management), which promotes principles of leadership by fostering progress for participants and their company. The APM gathers more than 3,000 corporate managers throughout more than 150 clubs.
Major lobbying for modernizing the laggard sector of European Midcaps (in comparison with leading continents) is performed within MiddleNext, where our Financial Manager Agnès VENET prepares Dolphin's qualification for a pending move to ALTERNEXT which has the advantage to be reserved for companies satisfying the constraints of a regulated market. As an enterprise concerned with ethics and the value of creativity, with collective resilience for survival and with rules of corporate governance, Dolphin is represented as a member of ETHIC by Human Resource Manager Agnès Chapel. Fundamental standards activity is performed through the VSI Alliance, especially for mixed signal Silicon IP, where crucial new practices for the integration of Virtual Components are promoted by our engineering managers. Essential work on legal issues is related to the VCX Tradefloor for SIP licensing contracts, and Dolphin also adheres to SignONCE with Xilinx, but also partakes in the Verification Alliance for Quality, the Electronic Design Automation Conference EDAC, and, accelerating in common the advent of an innovative future: MEDEA R&D Program for R&D with major European semiconductor partners.
