Regional Sales Coordinator for the North of Europe

 

You are responsible for the sales development of our products for the North of Europe : Competent in phone prospecting, you will identify and qualify the needs of our prospect with the support of the marketing team.
Motivated, you will coordinate the negotiation with the support of your sales Manger (included quotation and contract management). You will have in charge the business trip organization for your area and will take part in the translation and creation of promotional messages for our web site on your area (www.dolphin-integration.com).

With a sales education (Bac+4/5), you have a first experience in sales of  important value added product. Aimed by prospection and negotiation skill.
Fluent English is mandatory.

 

Requirements of the function

  • Natural methodology and rigor
  • Capable of active interaction with prospects/customers: listening to identify their real needs, choosing the most suited offering, with the support from the Marketing Managers.
  • Use and development of sales management tools.

 

Charter for sales people

  • The sales person co-ordinates the energies to achieve sale.
  • He/she promotes the image of the company through the quality and professionalism of the follow-up of the prospects and customers (regular contact, customized replies…)

 

Roles

  • Knows his/her territory, the location of the customers, their activity and history
  • Identifies and tracks sales opportunities on the territory
  • Knows and understands the customers in detail - their needs, their problems, as well as their organization - represents them successfully internally.
  • Coordinates the commercial missions and the promotion of our products so as to achieve the sales targets.

 

Evaluation criteria

  • Extensive canvassing of his territory by phone and email
  • Establishing of prospect geography of his territory
  • Understanding and drawing of the organization charts of the prospects
  • Active participation to marketing presentations resulting in a good understanding of sales collaterals
  • Intensive qualification of the customers’ needs (visit reports, etc.)
  • Capability to take part to a debate and to express misunderstanding
  • Selection of commissioning ratio and establishment of commissioning spreadsheet

 

Employement contract : permanent
Location : Meylan
Starting date : as soon as possible
Salary : fixum + provision
