Judicial redress of Dolphin Integration

Grenoble, France - January 17, 2019

Following the judgment on August 21, 2018 in favor of the adoption of a plan for the total transfer of the assets and goodwill of the company DOLPHIN INTEGRATION SA, with the conservation of all employees, the refusal of the procedure implemented by a minority shareholder to challenge the transfer of business has been the subject of an appeal, the decision of which by the Grenoble Court of Appeal has just confirmed the judgment rendered on October 16 by the Commercial Court.

A new procedure against the judgment of August 21, 2018 having been implemented by a minority shareholder from abroad, the parties are convened again in hearing of the Commercial Court of Grenoble on February 1, 2019.
As a result, the court administrator requested a six-month extension of his term.

The company therefore has obtained from the president of the Commercial Court of Grenoble to postpone until the end of March 2019 the date of the ordinary general meeting to approve the financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2018.
The deed of assignment was signed on December 5, 2018 and by a judgment of January 9, 2019, the Commercial Court confirmed the six month extension of the judicial reorganization proceedings.

In the meantime, no resumption of the listing of DOLPHIN INTEGRATION shares is contemplated.

In accordance with the applicable regulations, the company shall communicate any new stage of the procedure.
